#14 Missing entry point for NT 4

For reasons I'd rather not got into, I want to use the library sepector tool on Windows nT4.

When I run it up, it complans that "CreateToolhelp32Snapshot could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll".

I reaslise that this is not a problem in WIn2k or XP (or Vista), but it still seems like a bug of sorts.

Any chance of a fix?
