As you said you are making familiar with sourceforge, you
may know that if you are developing a task described in a
tracker, that tracker may be assigned to you, to permit the
other people to know you are the actual developer of that
tracker, avoiding by this way the effort duplication.
A question... anybody knows why can't I assign this tracker
(for example) to myself? The trackers created by me let's me
to assign it to anybody, but, what may I do if the tracker I
want to develop has not created by me? (It's only a
question, I don't want to translate nothing to german :D)
