One problem I had was field of view. the current spherical model restricts a panorama to be less than 179 degrees. More like 150 degrees, really, before you get ugly errors. So I changed the field of view of the lens to be very small (I think 1.5-2.5 degrees) and didn't optimize for it. I didn't optimize Tr parms in the first image. Mmm, perhaps that is why it is the only one with errors. I'll try it again. Also, I tried to add vertical control lines to keep the pano straight but I failed so I didn't optimize for roll. I just relied on them to be straight (which they were, more/less).
