[Panicbutton-translators] Updated .pot file for version 2.5

I have just updated the .pot file for version 2.5 (attached). This will
be the last update, so please check your translations and update them
where required.

Also, the French translation appears to be causing a bug, so I shall
remove it in version 2.5 unless I get a new version.

Version 2.5 beta 2 files will be uploaded to SourceForge.net shortly.
