Numerous bug-fixes and changes have been posted to the CVS since the release of v2.0 in Sept. 2003.
A bug-fix release has been needed.

Russian CP1251 language files for the phpAdsNew user interface are available for download. Note - the translation is not complete. These files fix the problem of the user interface locking up due to missing variables.
