#2 Bluetooth Support

This patch attempts to implement bluetooth connections for
PalmWac. Unfortunately it doesn't quite seem to work with my palm,
but its so close, someone might be able to get it working. Please let
me know if you get it to work with your system.

This patch patches the newSerial.c file to support bluetooth instead
of IRDA. It establishes a bluetooth serial-profile link to facilitate this,
so it can be used with the standard serial wacom driver.
