PRCbuild is an application to create PRC files from different resources. It can be used to extract, add or replace resoures in PalmOS PRC files.

Directinstall is an install tools for PalmOS files. It creates a right click cascaded menu in windows explorer for each Palm user on the desktop.
Just right click on a PalmOS file, choose the user and it is installed.
