Name change

PalmCoins changed its name to FreeCoins due to trademark issues (inclusion of the word 'palm' in the program name). The project has moved to http://freecoins.sourceforge.net, so update your bookmarks.

Synchronisation with GNUCash

The program reached a fairly usable stage and I managed to iron out all the bugs I knew of. Now I am about to start developing a conduit for synchronising the program with GnuCash. If you have any ideas or sugestions about what you think should go in or what should look like drop a note on the General Discussion Forum.

At the moment I am not planning to write anything to support Windows programs like Quicken, MsMoney, etc. so if anyone is interested in writing a conduit or an export module for these programs is very welcome to do so.

New release

Version 0.4.0 is here; the most notable addition is the transaction scheduling, so go and get it.
(unfortunately I was not able to upload the new file so get the .zip from the website or the CVS version)

CVS down

The CVS system is down and I cannot do anything about it. Until it will be sorted out I shall put the most recentr snapshots on the website download section
