#9 Fatal exception displaying PNG file in v0.25r5

Synopsis:
On PalmIIIc running PalmOS v3.5.0, attempting to display PNG file using PiNGer from zboxz v0.25r5 caused PalmOS to display "Fatal Alert" window containing the message "Fatal Exception".
File displayed is pngtest.png from PNG distribution. When media->PiNGer is invoked within zboxz with pngtest.png highlighted, it first displays file statistics:
IDAT>26 /129
Type 6 TGBA
Width 91
Height 69
Depth 8
Interlaced
then the "Fatal Exception" dialog window is displayed.
When File->Info is invoked within zboxz with pngtest.png highlighted, it shows the following characteristics:
Box type: zboxz
size: 8536 (same as file on WNT)
Backup next Sync: checked
No Copy (Beam): unchecked
Write Protect: checked
File had to be downloaded as pngtest.png.pdb (created by Winbox.exe), as hotsync would not download pngtest.png file in palm/<username>/Tobox folder with zboxz.prc and pinger.prc previously installed on Palm.
Attempted workaround by installing boxerpng.prc (from zboxz v0.20r5) in place of pinger.prc with same results.

This is a known problem and might be in the PalmOS routines.

It is a known problem with some accellerators (fastbits?)

It happens with my window move speedups - if I replot the entire window it works, so I could slow it down as an interim fix.
