No, PAL development has not stoped, the sourceforge SVN was placed on hold while the actator, particle, and settings system is being updated. You can expect a major update shortly after the public release of Havok

Any idea of when that will be ?
Also, ODE seems to be about to reach 1.0 with some new cool features. For me, a PAL - ODE comparison is important as we are trying to migrate from ODE to PAL.

Havok was just released today, so in about 3 weeks.
Would you be able to specify what exactly you require from ODE? (so I can make sure PAL will include your desired functionality)
The upcomming changes will include:
-havok support
-simulator settings support (solver accuracy, continues collision etc)
-improved collision detection queries
-improved actuator interface
-serialization

Hi, I tried sending you a few emails, Adrian. We had spoken a few months ago about PAL development and hooking it into delta3d. We had discussed one of us getting commit access. I wanted to add some features such as kinematic support, PSD sensors returning the Body that was hit, etc.

This is good info than PAL project is alive:) and upcomming changes sounds very interesting:) I think than the best change is continues collision, because this feature is require for Character and other objects in games, without it we have many problems with tunneling:)

Is PAL development stopped?
I haven't seen commits to SVN in months...
