i modified this to change it to
    $uri_with_query = (($ENV{HTTPS} eq 'on') ? 'https' : 'http') . '://'
. $host . ($uri_prefix ? '/' . $uri_prefix : '' ) . $uri;

should be in CVS

look for a 1.05 release later this weekend
