To give you an idea of the work needed to complete taka for all the kanjis in kjdef (all those with a definition). The newest kjdef.pdb (posted here a few days ago) has 6356 entry jstroke has 2169 entry taka has 2155 entry taka should contain all joyou kanji, I can complete it so it includes all kanjis in jstroke quite quickly but making it include all kanjis in kjdef is a really tough job.
