What do you mean by standard dictionary?  jstroke or the kanjidef?
In both case it wouldn't be difficult but kanjidef is too big to add all of 
them to taka any time soon.

Regarding the differences between taka and jstroke, there are still some 
kanji in taka not in jstroke
the reverse may be true but today I am not checking for this.

As for how complicated it is to add a kanji you can download a packaged 
version of  the editor at
http://wakan.manga.cz/files/taka.zip just unzip then run java -jar 
TakaEditor.  You'll see that adding a kanji is not very complex but still a 
bit
time consuming.  It is however something that can typically be done by non 
programmers.

If after testing the editor you feel you'd be ready to help adding some, 
recontact me so we can arrange it.

The best way is for you to get the most recent set of xml file from 
sourceforge and modify them locally then
sending me the modified and new ones so I incorporate them to CVS.  If you 
contribute more I'll ask Matthew
to give you write CVS access.

what is that &#29392 code?
