#87 Tries to update java regardless of version set in build file
Always attempts to update Java across the internet - this causes problems when installing from a CD on a non-internet connected machine - results in Class not Found error. It is also annoying on internet connected machines because the installation does not proceed until this update is agreed to (doesn't seem to do any update anyway because the requirement to update persists regardless of whether it was done on a previous install on the same machine or not).

Hi,
In order to better help you, I would like to know what you specified for Minimum Java Version in General -> Optional Advanced Features. I also would like to know what type of installer file you are generating: jar, exe (Windows Native Exectuable) or exe (7zip sfx Windows Native Executable).
The version set is 1.4 and the problems occurs when installing from a 7zip exe.
