From analyzing the posted log file, the problem seems to be associated with the Pack200 compression feature. In order to confirm it is, can you please disable Pack200 Compression by going to General -> Optional advanced features and unchecking Use Pack200 Compression. After doing this, try creating the installer again and if it works, then this problem is associated with the Pack200 Compression feature and we advise you to keep this feature unchecked until we can come to an conclusion on why this feature causes an error in some cases. If it still does error, can you re-post an updated log file so we can analyze the problem in more detail to figure out the problem.
