I can't generate Native Windows Installers in Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion), because PPC support has been removed by Apple.
Maybe you can just get a windres Intel-based and replace it.

I installed PackJacket by clicking in MacOSX in Downloads page of the project. It tells me Version 1.0.

This bug is postponed until launch4j releases a windres intel-based executable which they are doing in next release.
