#73 relative paths for files/directories and logos

New requirement : please allow relative paths for files/directories/logos.
Motivation: portability of .pjc project files

This relates to 2 screens, in particular ...

1) Pack -> Add/Edit -? "File" & "Directory" fields
2) GUI -> "Logo" & "Side Image" fields

In both cases, the 'Browse' field only permits absolute paths, via a File control.
But, we need to offer 'relative paths' (relative to the .pjc file)

Example Situation:
Where multiple users are working on the same project, and they're using different 'root' folders. (particularly for users on different OSs!)
Each time a project file changes, each user has to re-associate ALL the filenames and image locations for the project.

Our previous solution to this was dropped due to various problems we had with it. We are currently working on a new solution for this and hope to have it released soon.
