[PacketFence-users] Error when trying to upgrade DB from 5.2.0 to 5.3.1

I receive the following error when trying to update the DB from 5.2.0 to 5.3.1:

"ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 9: Duplicate column name 'connection_sub_type'"

I ran the command listed in the UPGRADE.asciidoc

Any ideas?
