We're currently waiting for 2.4 to become final. At that time, work will begin on analyzing the iptables log format. The plan is to make the input format more modular, so that it will work with both iptables and ipchains. Once that work is done, one of us will convert the ipfilter logs. All this assumes there are actually any differences between the log formats. If there aren't, then packet2sql will work fine on all three as-is.
