When a remote client disconnects from the server, the
server crashes. possibly due to the fact that the
message isn't sent to the server that the client has
disconnected.
Need to investigate proper way of handling unexpected
disconnects as well.
Fixed all testable disconnect problems. need to do more
testing with slow connetion between client/server. also,
if another program crashes, handling that still needs to
be done.
