this archive contains utf8-encoded file names but still is unzipped incorrectly by p7zip
(unzip process this file well)

Please check that you use latest version of p7zip.
What version of p7zip did you use?

Try another thing.
Create 7z file in windows with file with same name and try to use p7zip to decompress it.

What names after extraction do you have?
