Since 7zip (15.14) is now capable of handling rar5 archives, it would be better to
port this capability to p7zip, so that the 7z command line on Linux/BSD/Unix
is able to extract rar5 archives.

Currently, the latest version of p7zip (9.38.1 from 15.09 source) doesn't
recognize rar5 as archive.

Here is a solid rar5 archive with blake2 checksum to test p7zip rar5
    implementation.

    p7zip 15.09 must support rar5 archives.
    Check it again.

Thanks. I've compiled 15.09 version and it detects rar5 archives as expected.
