In version 4.10 seems like p7zip does automatic filenames conversion from current locale to unicode, and from unicode to current locale, but v4.12 does it only if locale is UTF-8... I use locale uk_UA with koi8-u charset, I packed my files with version 4.10, but with v4.12 I cannot read my cyrillic filenames inside archive, how can I do that? And more when I pack files with v4.10 I can read cyrillic names in Widows (cp1251) and in Linux (koi8-u), but when I pack with v4.12, I cannot read names properly in windows... What can I do?

P.S. Sorry for my bad english... I live in Ukraine, so I do well in ukrainian or rissian...
