#18 p4 submit freezes Emacs
'p4 submit' hangs indefinitely. Whenever I try to
submit changes, i get an hourglass and Emacs is happily
hanging. All other Perforce commands work just fine,
it's just the submit. My Perforce depot is configured
properly and everything works
in the command-line mode.
