I am going to start the project off by designing the NPC Creation Tool. I'm going to be using Java because it's the easiest language that can handle online and be conveniently object-based.

I'm still mapping the mindset I'm going to use for the tool. All good projects took a great amount of time. My GREAT project is going to take a MASSIVE amount of time to put together right.
