#6 Wrong energies printed on the screen with CUDA backends

oxDNA on CUDA does not print out the correct energies, the energies are only updated when a trajectory is saved (ie every print_conf step). IF print_energy is different form print_conf, it will always print the energy from the most recent print_conf event. The bug was observed for both oxDNA and oxRNA interactions, and must have been introduced sometime after revision 6417 (oxDNA on CUDA from that revision still prints out energies correctly)
