Currently, the latest version of OWLMaker only supports OWLNext 6.34 and later, and the now ancient Build 3175 is used to build 6.20 to 6.32. During the overhaul and modernisation of OWLNext and OWLMaker back in the 6.30 series, it made sense to drop support to simplify the code base. However, the OWLMaker code is now pretty nicely structured, and I would think it should be feasible to cleanly extend support to 6.20 to 6.32 again without too much effort.
It would be nice if OWLMaker could support the whole upgrade journey outlined in our recommended step-by-step approach, with the user benefitting from all the new features and bug fixes in the latest version of OWLMaker, and not having to deal with the very old Build 3175.
