The resource attributes MOVEABLE, DISCARDABLE, etc. do not have any effect in non-16bit code and can be removed.

Note that the changes in [r8646] only regards examples, OCFNext and OWLExt. Similar resource file clean-up for the OWL core was made long ago on the trunk in [r2762], which was merged into Owlet in [r2763].
