A typo was introduced in [r825], while changing _OWLDLL to _COOLPRJDLL in the #if-directive setting COOLPRJ_LIB_IMPORT in "include/coolprj/coolprjlink.h".

It should be USE_COOLPRJDLL.

This issue has been fixed on the trunk [r6661], also fixing the same typo in "vc.mak".
