The OWLMaker editor may truncate text, add garbage or even crash for simple cut, copy and paste operations. This issue also affects drag-and-drop copy or move operations.

There are also many issues related to the undo functionality, so undoing operations may corrupt the text, leave the editor in an unstable state, or crash.

This issue seems to have been resolved by the fix for [bugs:#553].

Please test and let me know if there still are issues with copy-and-paste, including the undo-function for these operations. Be sure to test drag-and-drop move and copy, as well.

I have discovered many issues with the undo function. This ticket has hence been broadened to include all editor commands causing text corruption, instability and crash.

There have now been further editor fixes, see [bugs:#556], relating to Ctrl+Delete (delete next word/non-word) and Ctrl+Backspace (delete previous word/non-word).
