Hi, you can download the OWL API from the Files section https://sourceforge.net/projects/owlapi/files/OWL%20API%20%28for%20OWL%202.0%29/

or you can add a dependency to the Maven artifacts if you use Maven to build your code: http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Cnet.sourceforge.owlapi%7Cowlapi-distribution%7C4.0.1%7Cbundle

The error shown in your message looks to be due only to the ap not being deployed properly, or not running at the time you made your request. OWLAPI itself wouldn't interact with the application server at that point. For issues like these, please use https://github.com/owlcs/owlapi/issues

I need to partition very large ontologies in bioportal (more than 100 MB). I read that I can do with atomic decomposition. can you refer me to a code snippet for using that library?
