I used reasoner.getObjectPropertyValues and it solved my problem and i got the individuals that I need.

Correct. There is a method with that name in OWLIndividual and in OWLReasoner, so the description is ambiguous.
Maryam, you said you wish to find the object property as well as the connected individual. So, is the task to find out all assertions about an individual that are entailed by an ontology?
