Hi Agapito, Two papers listed at the following url may be helpful. http://owlapi.sourceforge.net/publications.html Personally, I think axiom based approach (OWLAPI) is better and cleaner than graph based approach (Jena). I like to think an ontology is a set of axioms about the domain instead of a graph with nodes and edges.
