#24 Owl v0.80 to v0.81 MySQL update script

I recently had to upgrade an Owl v0.80 to v0.81 and
found that the sample owl.php for different configs
was missing in the new one and also there were MySQL
upgrade SQL scripts from v0.71, v0.72 and v0.73 to
v0.81, but none from v0.80 to v0.81.

Attached is the MySQL upgrade SQL script to reach
v0.81 from v0.80.
