#536 HTML Tidy validation errors

When running FireFox with the HTML Tidy plugin (html
standards validation) OWL generates a number Tidy HTML
errors and warnings.

The main OWL browser screen causes a number of errors
relating to the use of form and table tags. I beleive
that there are screens that generate errors but the
majority only cause warnings to be issued.

As far as I can tell actual OWL page functionality is
as intended but I guess over time it would be useful to
reduce this type of error if possible.
