#20 Build without DEBUG

Since http://owfs.cvs.sourceforge.net/owfs/owfs/module/owlib/src/include/ow_debug.h?r1=1.31&r2=1.32 and http://owfs.cvs.sourceforge.net/owfs/owfs/module/ownet/c/src/include/ow_debug.h?r1=1.6&r2=1.7 it is no longer possible to build without OWDEBUG, at least not on FreeBSD.

Missing ; as per attached patches.
