Umm... I guess not comprehensively.

There is a man page for owhttpd, and a web page with a little
information.

There's also a README in the main directory.

I'm eager for any corrections, modifications, documentation that anyone
wants to contribute. Desparate, actually.

(Actually, the d_fork thing is usually in there, but I comment it out in
my copy when testing so I can sprinkle printf's to debug. I occasionally
neglect to uncomment. Sorry.)
