It may also be useful to have a proxy running on a
separate port, which does not call any of the proxy
plugins, and simply relays the request directly. This
would be useful for monitoring other tools, such as
whisker, etc running through the proxy.
ConnectionHandler has been updated to support this, as well
as the reverse proxy feature. Now I just need to update
Proxy to spawn multiple socket listeners to call
ConnectionHandler with the appropriate parameters
