No

I am using Windows 2003 Server / English and installed
WebScarab. The software was installed in "c:\programme"
so probably this is hard coded somewhere.

No, the installer asks where you want to install WebScarab
to, and lets you change it to anything you want. The default
is supposed to be the "Program Files\WebScarab" directory on
Windows, but the installer might break on other languages . . .

Could you try uninstalling it, then re-installing, paying
attention to the directory that it asks to install to?

Maybe you could give me more details on your setup?

    Thanks

    Rogan
