using ico or png gives a black icon in the resulting exe.
only gif-images seeems to work.

I can confirm this problem and I would also like to see support for 32 bit images
added and proper support for large (ala Vista) images (actually I do know if this
is an issue but the documentation says that 32x32 pixel images work best, so I
presume that using e.g. 256x256 images would not give me the desired
improvement in image quality).
