for example, the message file name start with
the message title, option to append with time.

btw: I used to collect many html articles from web, and store
in outlook mail message, because I can use more meaning
name then store as file.

now I turn to cyberArticle, and I wish to export the articles
from outlook to html. when doing import, cyberAcrticle use
the file name as title.
