#16 export single ics file

It would be very useful if you could export all calendar
entries (or all within a date range) as a single .ics file,
for use in thing such as PHP iCalendar.

3rd'd. I want to import into Apple iCal, and many little .ics
files are useless.

Yes, and a checklist where you can chose the dates, you want to
export. Sorted in the order of creation or so.
Would be very uselful to sycronize with web interfaces.
