Did you try to deactivate the "Use time range filter" option ?
Maybe Google doesn't support the full CALDAV:calendar-query feature set in all scenarios.

Did you try clear cache in the sync profile? Can you try a different google calendar to check if it is a specific error in that calendar?
Did you try to deactivate the "Use time range filter" option ?
