The current update window shows a changelog. However the changelog almost always includes lines that are longer that the width of the window, making it very difficult to read.
Two possible solutions:
Allow window resizing by the user. (Currently the update window cannot be resized)
Add wrapping to the text (so that window resizing is not needed).
Setting WordWrap for better readability, will be in next release.
fixed in 1.13.2.
Does not appear to be fixed for me in 1.13.2.0. (still need to scroll back and forth horizontally).
Is it possible to reopen this feature request? It doesn't appear to be fixed.
works here. how is it displayed in your Outook?
Unfortunately I just updated to 1.16.0.0 today and didn't take a screenshot. I tried to install the previous version (1.15.0) so I could see the update window again, but it wouldn't let me ("Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed.")
I can take a screenshot the next time I see the update window. (or perhaps you have another suggestion).
The update window includes the changelog but the text doesn't wrap so there is a lot of horizontal scrolling required to read the text. Also the window is relatively small and doesn't let you resize to accommodate the long lines displayed in the changelog.
I forgot to mention I'm using Outlook 2010, version 14.0.7166.5000 (32-bit) on Windows 7.
Don't downgrade will figure it out or make the windowed resizable
So finally fixed the wordwrap and made window resizable, will be in next release, so you will see it in the version after the next ;-) Sorry...
You are wonderful! Thank you for continuing to support and develop such as useful piece of software.
Thank you for testing and the nice words!
It works for me!
