Can't install Outlook CalDav Synchronizer

    Hello, I am new with this Outlook and the sync with Horde/cPanel. I have made installs and reinstalls of everything, on the Windows side, the latest Outlook, and CalDav Sync and follow the settings on the server help and I just can't get connected. BTW in my iPhone connects without any probelm.

    I got this error:
