#51 OS-X-use GUI standards for shortcuts etc

There are some features of the program which I would like to see
to be more conform with the os-x look & feel, notably:

- use apple key for menu shortcuts, eg. apple-S instead of
control-S for saving.

- More generally, use the os-x shortcuts keys instead eg
apple-tilde for going to next child window instead of shift-control-S.

- Put the menu bar in the top of the screen instead of within the
main window. If this is done, it would be preferable to have the
MDI children as separate windows on the screen.

- Put Preferences option on the standard location under OS-X, eg.
as second item in the application menu (right under the
about....option which appears to be missing).

If the above are treated as feature requests that's fine with me.

This is a good bug/feature request note. Keyboard shortcuts should by
default match each platform's standards/common usage. JOE can load the
proper set of shortcuts on startup.
