#22 New Vendor/Device ID - please add

I have a "noname" usb-to-serial converter with the following IDs:

Vendor ID: 0x5523
Device ID: 0x4348

The device reports itself as "USB-SER!" and works with your PL-2303 driver, I just had to add the IDs to the Info.plist file.
