New documentation for OSW 1.2.1 released

New documentation for OSW 1.2.1 has been posted to the website http://osw.sourceforge.net. Based on feedback from users, we have also made the documentation available as a zip or tar.gz download.

This documentation includes many enhancements as well as descriptions of new features available in 1.2.1.
