The Vst transform for OSW has (finally) been released as an add-on external. 
It can be downloaded from the OSW Contributions page or 
http://www.ptank.com/amar_music/software.php#vst.

The Vst transform allows users to run most VST effect and instrument 
plug-ins in OSW. It is currently only available for Windows.
