Hmmm... I downloaded osw, modified the paths to point to /usr/local..., and tried to run. The script returned: [ravan@localhost ~]$ osw Error in startup script: can't find package Iwidgets while executing "package require Iwidgets" (file "/usr/lib/osw/oswinit.tcl" line 37) I thought that the PlanetCCRMA Fedora Core 3 system included [incr tcll], etc., but I must have been mistaken. So I went to the [incr tcl] website (http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/itcl/), downloaded, compiled, and installed [incr tcl], also in /usr/local..., and tried again. Same error. What path could be wrong? Or have I not installed enough? There is no Iwidgets file anywhere on my system. The [incr tcl] website seemed to indicate that the widgets were included in the source tarball. But that doesn't seem to be the case...? regards, -jim |
